Full contact with the referring veterinary surgeon will be made and maintained to keep you fully informed of significant progress with the case.
Any comments, negative or positive, from the referring vet in the therapies used, is welcomed. I am happy to discuss all aspects of therapies and remedies used.
All cases seen must have full accompanying notes for the animals whole life, if known, not just the condition for which the animal is seen, please. This is important, not just administrative overkill. I would very much appreciate your co-operation in this.
I offer a referral-only service. Consequently, I can guarantee that all cases seen at the practice will be ‘handed back’ for all first opinion work.

Appointments are easy to make. All new appointments are made via email with Nick.
If your vet is referring to, or you are seeking a second opinion from the practice, they will forward all necessary details of your animal and its’ condition if you ask.
Please note: No animal referred to the practice may be seen without a full history from your veterinary surgeon. If you have not seen a vet or you haven’t seen a vet for the condition you would like your animal seen for, this is often possible; please email Nick.
I am only able to treat animals under my care. If you are not able to see me or get me to visit (anywhere in UK or Europe), then please go to bahvs.com for homeopathy vets, abva.co.uk for acupuncture vets or herbalvets.org.uk for herbal vets for your animal.

If you have a dog and you would like to consult with me, we can arrange telemedicine consultations. We are happy to talk to you from anywhere in the world. Telephone is usually sufficient, but Zoom and Skype can also be easily arranged.
New Policy for 2021: Our commitment to raw and fresh food feeding is total. We are unable to see your dog if you are unwilling or unable to consider feeding your dog a raw or fresh food diet.
